Meet my Aurora, she is my newest baby and toddler addition to my Rowantree Design summer collection. An easy to wear shoulder tie top with a cute comfy bloomer to complete the outfit. both fabrics are a beautiful quality cotton and I really can't tell you which one I like best. Which one do you like best?
This week has been a super busy one finishing my collection ready for summer, you see some lovely pieces coming through over the next week. Rowan's room was featured in 'Apartment Therapy', since then I have loads of enquiries re styling for children's rooms and the article has driven quite a bit of traffic to my Rowantree website. There is so many things I want to share with you, I am so frustrated that time just flies by and the to do list just keeps on growing.......
Remember my post about my day with Time Coulson at 'The Nursery', I met this lovely lady, Greer who lives in Exeter in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Greer's blog, 'Typically Red', is full of beautiful tales of her three delightful daughters and other insights into their life living in a quaint cottage in a small town....It's a lovely read, so hop on over.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Both are gorgeous and I love the name as well! How exciting that Rowan's room was featured!!! Must go and check it out. x
ReplyDeleteThank you Emma, I am very happy with the design of this little piece.
DeleteI think I like the floral one best for going out and the check one for playtime and beach time!
ReplyDeleteYs I agree, the check to is very playful!
DeleteI'm so buying the check one if i'm having a girl...
ReplyDeleteIf you have a girl, I'll be sending you one as a gift!
DeleteThey are both lovely but I think the checks would look stunning on a little girl.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the feature. I'm heading off to check out Rowan's room
Carolyn
The check is very cute indeed!
DeleteWent and had a look. Lovely. I adore your use of maps. I've been looking for a map of Australia like that. I can't believe I used to teach geography using those about 20 years ago.
ReplyDeleteCarolyn
Whoops, let's not think about all those years ago...I actually borrowed that map from fifth grade and accidently never returned it.
ReplyDeleteI love the check one best. It's beautiful. How exciting to see Rowan's room on Apartment Therapy! I'm not surprised, it's a lovely room full of vintage treasures.
ReplyDeleteps Typically Red is one of my favourite blogs:-)
These are too adorable. I think I like the floral one the best!

Thank you, I secretly like the floral one too!
ReplyDeleteFirstly, thank you so much for your lovely comment on my blog. It really touched me that someone would bother to read all my waffling...I've really enjoyed starting a blog.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, I read the AT post on Rowan's room and loved the aesthetic so I'm glad to tie these links together!
Thirdly, I think my favourite is the floral one, although as a rule I usually steer away from traditional "girlie" prints. This is just SO cute though. I love that you create them with matching bloomers. I wore similar when I was little. There don't seem to be enough dress and bloomer sets around these days so the Aurora is to die for! (uh oh I'm sounding clucky!!)
I look forward to following along!
oh wow I love them both. I think the floral might be my fav though. So cute x
ReplyDeleteI adore the floral
ReplyDeleteSo jealous you got to do the Tim nursery course - I miss the Tassie one by a day
Fingers crossed for next year
